Delivery

Normally you should be able to pick up the products from your post office within 2-3 days after we receive your order. The post office will notify you of when you can pick up the package.

You have two weeks to pick up the package from your local post office. If you haven’t picked up the package within this time, it will be returned to us. These are post office regulations. You will also be invoiced for the delivery costs.

Payment

Cash on delivery

If you chose to pay cash on delivery, the fee will be added to the invoice amount.

Customers in Svalbard

The post office has introduced a separate fee for packages to Svalbard. For this reason, each order from Svalbard will be charged with this fee, which currently amounts to NOK 160 .
